OFICINAS DE REPRESENTACIÓN ICIF EN EL EXTRANJERO
Las oficinas de representación, a través de referencias locales, inscriben a los jóvenes cocineros interesados a la formación en la cultura y en la cocina italiana
La realización de las actividades del Instituto así como la inscripción y la participación de los alumnos en los diferentes cursos de cocina y enología italiana, se realizan gracias a la red capilar de las oficinas de representación que se encuentran en el extranjero, actualmente en 38 países, divididos entre Europa, Asia, América del Norte, Centro y del Sur, Medio Oriente, Rusia y África.
