ICIF schools

Since 1997 ICIF has set up its headquarters in the Castle of Costigliole d’Asti, where it holds its courses in Italian cooking and enology.
In 2004 it decided to broaden its activities abroad with the opening of two new seats, the first in the South of Brazil, at Flores da Cunha, in the Rio Grande do Sul Region, the other one in Shanghai (China), at the university campus of the Shanghai Lingang Science and Technology School.
In 2006 ICIF has furthermore opened a new seat in Italy, at Frossasco, near Turin and a small school in Seoul, in South Korea,
