In 2006 ICIF also opened a small school in Seoul, called ICIF Korea Preschool, mainly devoted to the organization of courses for the students who will later go the school headquarters in Costigliole d’Asti to attend a Master course.

In this way the students, when arriving in Italy, already possess a basic training both in cooking and in the Italian language, which enables them to go deeper into what they already learned during their course and to be better included in the externship program at Italian restaurants.

At the school, moreover, are also periodically carried out Refresher Courses and demonstrations on Italian food and wine products , held by ICIF instructors.

The points-of-reference of the school, that is also used as a show-room for Italian agricultural and food products, also offer a sale service of such products, both searching for buyers and through direct sales, beside organizing, on request, work-shops and meetings between companies and local personnel working in the food-service industry.
