Description

ICIF Marina was born following a growing market request for chefs who wish to work on  yachts and luxury boats. To this end, a new type of Course has been organized, aimed at training cooks and prepare them to  work on board, where the particular environment, reduced spaces and the close contact with  the other people living on the boat are extremely conditioning factors.
The ideal students for these courses shall:

• have at least a 2-year experience in restaurants 
• speak English and/or Italian
• have at least a  basic knowledge of Italian or Western cuisine,
• be conscious of working at sea
• be willing to spend a long time far from his/her home and family
• easily adjust to particular situations such as that of living with other people in small spaces.

At the end of the Course the students will be able to apply for a job to nautical charter agencies, boat owners and luxury boats where a chef on board is needed.
