Since the very beginning of its history ICIF, Institute of Cuisine, Culture and Oenology of the Regions of Italy, has enjoyed the immediate support of the public Institutions.
The Regione Piemonte has been committed since the beginning to supply the school with a suitable seat, aware of how important ICIF’s presence was in the region’s territory.
Subsequently, also the Ministry for Foreign Trade, today the Ministry for International Trade, gave its contribution by granting funds for the organization of its courses.
The Institutions showed a great far-sightedness in giving an immediate and concrete reply to the need of promoting and re-qualifying the typical products of the Italian cuisine abroad.
Since 1998 also the Regione Lombardia has found in ICIF a valid instrument for the promotion and spreading of its products.
