ICIF, Institute of Italian Cooking, Culture and Oenology, together with its Chefs, would like to announce to all those who wish either to approach Italian cooking or improve their culinary skills, the

Amateur Cooking Courses

Each participant will be assigned their own single work station in the kitchen and be supplied with all the equipment and ingredients necessary to carry out the recipes chosen for them by the ICIF instructor Chef.

The lesson timetable is from 6pm to 9pm

At the end of the course the dishes will discussed, tasted and accompanied by a suitable wine

Prices

Single lesson 50,00 (with a free chef’s hat)
Package of a choice of 3 lessons 135,00 (with a free chef’s hat)
Package of a choice of 4 lessons  160,00 (with a free chef’s hat and the certificate of participation)

The cost of the lesson includes the recipe card, the use of kitchen equipment and all ingredients necessary for each dish.

The Courses will be held at the ICIF headquarters in the Castle of Costigliole d’Asti in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II n. 10.
