Description
Thanks to an agreement signed with the ARGAL Association, ICIF has opened a new seat in Italy, at the Museo del Gusto of Frossasco.
In this new structure Courses are mainly addressed to Italians, in particular to students graduated from Hospitality Schools and wishing to perfect their practical skills.
The following courses are also organized:
- Enology courses, for all those wishing to approach the wine world, both as professionals and as amateurs;
- Short courses, for both Italians and foreigners, professionals and amateurs, wishing to go deeper into specific topics of Italian enogastronomy, mainly concerning local cuisines and products.
In order to further enhance the area, “training dinners” are organized weekly, during which great local chefs illustrate products and the procedures used in preparing the dishes served.
ICIF, thanks to these new courses, can offer the would-be chefs, pastry-chefs and sommeliers a further opportunity to enter the work world, both in Italy and abroad.
