Fees

• SuperMaster Course: € 5.500
• Food Management Course: € 5.000
• Master Course: € 8.800
• Short Course :  € 4.000
• Refresher Course : € 4.000

Fees charged for the Courses include:

• Accomodation at the Institute’s Guesthouse in mini-apartments  (formed by two rooms with one, two or three beds and a bathroom) with breakfast.
• Meals at the School from Monday to Saturday (the School is closet on Sundays and on national holidays).
• Theoretical-practical lessons, as per scheduled program.
• Educational material (hand-outs, audio-visual aids, etc, etc.).
• Food products for lessons and tastings.
• Use of equipment and tools during lessons in the different classrooms.
• A chef’s jacket with the Institute’s logo (only for Masters, Short and Refresher Courses).
• Assistance, during the Course,  in the bureaucratic procedures for the issuing of the stay permit  and for the sanitary booklet (necessary only for Masters and Short Courses).
• External educational visits (typical production areas,  agriculture and food companies) including, when necessary, overnight stays.
• Group transfers during visits and from Torino-Caselle or Milano Malpensa airports on arrival in Italy (when in groups).
• Preparation of the end-of-the-course meal at the Castle.
• Diploma from the Institute at the completion of the Course.

Anything not mentioned above is not included.

The above mentioned fees may undergo slight variations from Country to Country, according to the additional services rendered by ICIF local offices and the agreements or laws  governing  these matters in the different Countries.
