Chef... Of the house

A selection of different topics focused on seasonal, quality, territoriality.

The ICIF “La Barbera” Training Restaurant and Wine Cellar and the ICIF Institute open their doors to all those who love to
approach the kitchen giving a special touch to their own dishes. Our chef instructors will accompany you on a journey in
the gastronomic world to teach you the Chef’s secrets and prepare, together with you, many delicacies to bring home.

Location

The courses will be held at ICIF – Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners, in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, 10 – 14055 in Costigliole d’Asti (AT), in the laboratories of the Orangerie.

Time

From Wednesday, February 8th to Wednesday, April 5th, 2017, from 19.30 to 22.30, with a wine glass from the territory to enjoy during the break.

Fee for one single lesson

The fee for one single lesson is 60,00 Euros.

The fee includes:

  • All the recipes of the lesson
  • The use of the kitchen equipment and tools
  • All the raw materials for the realization of the dishes

Fee for a packet of 4 lessons

The fee for a packet of 4 lessons is 210,00 Euros.

Is recommended to bring an apron.

Each participant will have their own individual cooking station, except during the class “THE GLUTEN FREE MENU” of 22/02/2017 and “Simpe and quick cakes for every day” of 15/03/2017 which will be held in the Cooking demo room (the participants will be involved anyway to the preparation of all the recipes).
